No Protected Health Information (PHI)

We do not collect, store, or process PHI as defined by HIPAA. Our platform analyzes only publicly available CMS HCRIS cost report data and provides aggregated benchmarking, scoring, and AI-generated insights. You are not required to upload any patient-level or individually identifiable health information.

  • Account information: Professional email address (we require a non-personal email such as your hospital or health-system domain; Gmail, Yahoo, and similar personal emails are not eligible for Free tier access).
  • Hospital affiliation, role/title, and other registration details you voluntarily provide.
  • Communications you send us (support requests, feedback).

Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, and interaction with dashboards/reports.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” section below).

We do not collect sensitive personal information (racial/ethnic origin, health data, biometric data, etc.) beyond what is required for account creation and service delivery.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including Free tier summaries, Pro/System/Enterprise dashboards, AI narratives, and custom peer benchmarking).
  • Manage your account and enforce tier limits (e.g., number of hospitals viewable, number of users).
  • Communicate with you about the Services, updates, or support.
  • Analyze usage trends and improve product features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse (e.g., enforcing professional-email requirement).

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors, email delivery) who are contractually bound to protect it.
